How far would a partner/spouse have to go online before it is considered cheating?
Keeping their interaction with a person a secret is well on the road to cheating and cybersex is over and above. So somewhere in between.
Up to what point is flirting online acceptable?
I heard somewher that flirting is human nature and that apparently everybody does it whether they mean to or not. With that in mind I'd say that the point of unacceptabilty lies in the intentions of the person doing the flirting. If a person is in a relationship and is flirting with someone else with the intention (or hope) of it going further then it's probably already to late.
How 'real' is cybersex?
How 'real' is anything on the web? How 'real' is reality?
Reality is subjective, it is dependant on the perceptions of the individual, one person will see the world and all it encompasses differently to how another person will see it.
So the answer to the question is dependant on the views of the people involved. Personally I don't see it being any different to physical sex (apart from the bleeding obvious), it's still a sexual action taken by people that has the same emotional responses and ramifications, you just don't have to worry about STDs and pregnancy.
